The thermal trough will weaken slightly early Sunday through Sunday afternoon, but seas will remain steep at 7 to 9 feet. The thermal trough strengthens again late Sunday afternoon. * WHERE...All areas south of Port Orford and beyond 1 to 2 nm from shore will experience very steep and hazardous warning level seas. Conditions hazardous to small craft are expected for all other areas. Starting early Sunday morning, conditions hazardous to small craft through all areas. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Sunday.
